I am not a lawyer, and I don’t play one on the internet. It is everyone’s personal responsibility to know the Pennsylvania’s homeschooling laws for themselves, and if they have any problems, seek professional advice. Homeschool Legal Defense Association (HSLDA) is the authority in the US for all things legal & homeschooling. If you have a legitimate issue, please consult a professional or find the answer out for yourself from a definitive source, like the PA Department of Education. Please do not rely on people on the internet for final answers. I frequently see a mom ask a question on social media & she gets 10 different answers.
